Nathaly Ceron is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New Jersey and New York. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Rochester and her Masters in Social Work at Stony Brook University. With experience working in community health centers, school based health center and hospital psychiatric outpatient settings. Nathaly serves children, adolescences, adults and couples. With experience focusing on depression, anxiety, individuals with family members struggling with mental health, parent/child or partner relational problems, dating violence/abuse, mood disorders, trauma, women's health, marital/relationship issues, intrusive thoughts and more.
Nathaly utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and evidence based practices to help clients achieve their personal goals and growth. Nathaly views therapy as a holistic approach, focusing not only on symptoms but also on processing with clients their thoughts and feelings. Believing in the importance of partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to support them in processing their challenges and achieving their goals.
Nathaly is a new mom, having her first baby on 2022. She enjoys spending time with her child and husband, is an amateur photographer and loves dancing.
