Fallon is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Masters degree in Counseling at Rowan University. Before becoming a LAC, she was a school counselor for 7 years where she enjoyed assisting college students meet the daily challenges they faced and improve on their personal growth. She has worked with different client challenges in an intensive outpatient and outpatient program which included anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviors, substance use, coping skills, and mood disorders. Fallon uses a client-centered approach through which she incorporates different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing techniques to help clients gain insight into their thinking and behavioral patterns. In her free time she likes to ride her bike, complete crafts with her family, and enjoys yoga.
