Fallon Coulombe, LAC

Fallon is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who specializes in supporting parents through emotional experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting with individual or couples therapy. She also works with children and adolescents, drawing on over seven years of experience as a school counselor before becoming a therapist to help younger clients navigate anxiety, behavioral challenges, academic stress, and social-emotional development. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, facing mood changes, or seeking support for your child/teen, Fallon provides a safe, supportive space where growth can happen.

Using a blend of DBT(dialectical behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and motivational interviewing, Fallon offers both individual and group support therapy designed to help you feel grounded, seen, and empowered. Whether you're struggling to feel like yourself again, questioning your instincts, or just need a safe space to be honest about how hard a season is Fallon can offer support. When she is not in the therapy room she likes to ride her bike, complete crafts with her family, and enjoys yoga.
