Kate Caldwell is a Licensed Associate Counselor through the state of New Jersey. Kate earned her Master's in School Counseling from Monmouth University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Professional Counseling. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
Kate is currently working as an elementary school counselor. Kate has about ten years of experience working with families and children of all ages. She has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, social skills, and relationship skills. Through an integrative approach, Kate uses a combination of CBT, DBT, mindfulness and solution-focused techniques. She believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling.
After becoming a mother of two young children, Kate realized she had a passion for helping others navigate this new stage of life. Kate enjoys spending time with her family, going on bike rides, playing pickleball and diving into a great book!
