Caroline is a licensed social worker (LCSW) in New Jersey and a licensed master social worker in New York (LMSW). She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University.
Caroline has over 10 years experience working in the mental health field as a counselor, therapist, and case manager. She works with a variety of clients particularly those from marginalized communities, including LGBTQA+ and people with disabilities.
She utilizes a person-centered approach tailoring her interventions to each client's unique needs. She focuses on solutions, empowering clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety and depression by teaching coping skills and techniques.
Outside of her professional life, Caroline enjoys nature walks, knitting, video games, and board games.
