I'm here to have the hard conversations most people don't want to. Whatever you're feeling or questions are surrounding death and loss, know that I am here to hold space for you, to meet you where you are and to get these conversations started while providing some education and resources for more growth and healing.
This is for anyone who might have anxiety and/or anticipatory grief over their own or someone else's death. These sessions are completely customized to each person, because we all navigate fears and grief differently and personally. We will incorporate education, meditations, light massage, reiki, movement and creative expressions to help move with and through the fears and grief. Most importantly, I will listen, meet you where you are, and will work with you to help you guide yourself.
There are many questions and confusion when it comes to options and conversations around the end of life. Advanced care planning is the best way to reduce fear and anxiety surrounding final wishes and death. We can discuss any and all the questions you might have and figure out what your ideal death would look like. We will chat about funeral options, briefly cover end of life legalities, and what you can prepare now to reduce the stress for your loved ones later. Preparing for death can be one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself during a more traditionally difficult time.
No matter where you are on your life journey, planning for our death can offer peace of mind and perspective in our everyday life. We can explore what your beliefs, values, and end of life desires are and create a plan that honors you and your loved ones while also making sure your voice and needs are represented. These sessions are open to inviting loved ones along.
Caregiver burnout is a very real issue. As a caregiver, your emotional, mental, and physical demands are heavy and it is normal to experience fatigue, insomnia, and anticipatory grief. These sessions are designed to whatever it might be that you as a caregiver may need, including end of life care education, guided meditations and relaxations with body and energy work, stretching, and information on wrapping up affairs of your loved one's life.

Legacy planning and projects help you create something tangible for your loved ones or the community, after you are gone. It is best to tell your story your way and that is what legacy planning is about. We can engage in a life review interview to help leave your messages and life story to the next generation, write an obituary in your own words, make a cookbook, or countless other creative projects that will speak to others. Legacy projects are a wonderful way to be in control of how you want to be remembered and they help to show you all you have accomplished in this life time.
Reiki is "a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being." Reiki helps to keep your chakras and energy flowing so that you can move through your life with more clarity and less anxiety. Some benefits from a reiki session include increased relaxation, stress reduction, promotes self-healing, increases intuition, and expands creativity.
