Jenna Domingo, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. Jenna is also a certified School Counselor and Student Assistance Coordinator. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Kean University.
Jenna has worked at a community mental health agency since 2012, beginning her career in crisis counseling and then working as an outpatient therapist. Previously, she worked with high school students as a guidance counselor and Harassment Intimidation and Bullying specialist. Jenna has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, focusing on getting to know the client and his/her concerns. Jenna utilizes skill building, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and bibliotherapy to help the clients achieve their goals. She enjoys learning new techniques and skills to help clients achieve overall wellness and be their best selves.
