Chelsea Sirico is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and School counselor through the State of New Jersey as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). In addition, she also received a Cultural Competencies Specialist certification and a Trauma and Crisis Specialist certification through the American School Counselor Association (ASCA). Chelsea earned her Master's Degree in School Counseling from Liberty University. She studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy prior to receiving her Master's degree and is able to incorporate different expressive arts approaches into her counseling practice.
Chelsea utilizes a client-centered approach through which she incorporates different modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Chelesa specializes in meeting clients where they are and helping them develop coping skills as they navigate through life's transitions. She believes in the importance of self-care and encourages her clients to create space in their lives for holistic wellness.
