Stephanie is a Licensed Associate Counselor and certified school counselor for the state of New Jersey. She completed her Master's Degree in Counseling in 2014 from Monmouth University and has worked as an academic, college and school counselor ever since. Her main areas of expertise have been in navigating hard transitions, college exploration and career counseling.
In addition to her professional roles, Stephanie has personal experience with infertility, motherhood challenges, grief and loss, and most recently, a medically fragile child with extended NICU stay. She believes that her counseling training, natural inclination to help others and her personal struggles give her a unique perspective and ability to truly understand what other women are going through.
Stephanie aims to partner with her clients on their journey toward happiness, peace and achieving their goals. Her approach is both person-centered and solution-focused, helping clients to challenge their thoughts and patterns while simultaneously providing a space of support and acceptance. Stephanie's realistic optimism shines through in her sessions and she hopes that her clients will leave feeling a little bit (or a lot) brighter.
