I am a compassionate social worker dedicated to walking alongside clients as they overcome challenges, find peace, and unlock their true potential. With a master's degree in social work from Monmouth University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Montclair State University, I bring a strong foundation to my practice.
For over 18 years, I've served as a school social worker, advocating for children and families through life's toughest moments. I've supported students from preschool through middle school, addressing challenges such as learning disabilities, behavioral struggles, ADHD, autism, and trauma. My experience has taught me that every individual's journey is unique, and I use a strengths-based approach to help clients build resilience and thrive.
Currently pursuing clinical licensure, I integrate holistic tools like mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to empower clients to break through barriers. I offer faith-based approaches with clients, drawing on my deep personal faith to foster hope and healing. I believe transformative growth often emerges from life's greatest struggles, and I'm committed to guiding clients toward true peace.
Outside of my work, I cherish time with my husband and two children, staying active through running and exercise. I'm excited to connect with you and support your journey-reach out today to schedule a consultation!
