Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey and New York specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, and eating and body image concerns. She is passionate about supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the many identity shifts that accompany motherhood. For clients with a history of eating or body image distress, she integrates intuitive eating and body neutrality to help individuals find peace with food and their bodies.
After years of working in hospital and outpatient settings in New York City, Kimberly chose to focus on what she's most passionate about-helping women navigate the often overwhelming emotions that come with pregnancy and new motherhood. She supports moms who feel anxious about their baby's milestones, worry about feeding, feel disconnected, or find themselves snapping at their partner and wondering, "What's happening to me?"
Kimberly's approach is integrative and compassionate. She combines Brainspotting, DBT, and mindfulness with an understanding of the mind-body connection. She is intensively trained in DBT, Brainspotting Phases 1 & 2, and perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and holds advanced training in integrative mental health.
Kimberly is a married mom of two spirited children, a yoga enthusiast, and a believer that life doesn't have to be perfect to be meaningful. She helps clients find calm, confidence, and connection amid the chaos of life.
