Molly Church is a licensed social worker. She received a Master's degree in Social Work from Binghamton University in NY. Molly also has her 200hr yoga instructor certification as well as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification.
Molly strives to bring warmth and compassion to her work with clients. She specializes in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and other perinatal phases of life, as well as helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety.
Becoming a mom herself was a life-changing experience, and it gave Molly a deeper appreciation for how challenging and transformative this season of life can be. After navigating her own journey through pregnancy and postpartum she felt inspired to support others through their own journeys.
Molly offers a flexible approach to care, drawing on both traditional talk therapy and practices like mindfulness, breathwork and movement. She thoughtfully weaves them together when it feels supportive for her clients.
She loves working with people because she is inspired by the courage people show when they choose to work on themselves. She believes that mental health is more than black and white, good or bad; it's a spectrum of complexity, beauty and growth. We are more than just one thing.
Molly aims to create a space where clients can feel comfortable, seen and supported while being themselves.
